Help - Test Results

The Test Results section shows your current lab results for most tests taken at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. If you're not seeing all of your child's test results in MyChart, click the pink "Include Hospital Results" button located next to the Search box.
PLEASE NOTE: Test results are available in MyChart as soon as they are available to your care provider. There is a chance that you may see test results before your provider has time to review the results with you.
Results Not Able to Be Viewed in MyChart
Test results that are stored in your/your child's medical record as a PDF cannot be displayed in MyChart. These include EEGs, hearing tests, sleep studies and Dexa Scans. If you see a comment in the result that reads "See Link," this is a test that is currently not available to view in MyChart.
Please contact a member of your/your child's health care team for these results, or contact the Health Information Management (HIM) Department at 513-636-4217 or 1-800-344-2462. They're available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm. You'll be asked to complete a Release of Information form to obtain any medical information that is not available in MyChart. You can also complete the Medical Record Request questionnaire in MyChart. To find the questionnaire, click on the My Medical Record tab at the top of the screen, then select Medical Record Request.
